Sports massage can stimulate muscles before activity and relax muscles afterwards, relieving muscle soreness.

Injury Treatment

Massage following injuries such as hamstring, calf, thigh, groin and back muscle strains is extremely helpful. It increases local blood flow, promoting muscle healing and repair. It mobilises healing muscle tissue, to help align the scar tissue following a muscle injury.

Massage also increases muscle blood flow, mobilises soft tissue and improves lymphatic drainage, helping to bring nutrients to the muscles, thus breaking down adhesions that cause stiffness and removes the waste products from the muscle tissue.
